JUNE 2017

Staff Evaluation on 2nd June was conducted by Dr.Ganesan Former HOD of Psychology Department Bharathaiar University.
Our students participated in International Yoga Competitions on 21st June
at Sri Prasanthi Academy.

JULY 2017

Our staff participated in Unique ID card camp at the District Collectors office on 5th July.

August 2017

We celebrated Independence Day on 16th August. The President of Rotary Club of Coimbatore Downtown hoisted the National Flag and distributed sweets to our students.
Gokulashtami was celebrated on 16th August where our students demonstrated Uriyadi and Krishna dance. Rotary Club of Coimbatore Aakruthi sponsored the programme.
Vinayaka Chathurthi was celebrated on 24th August.

September 2017

Teachers Day was celebrated on September 5th at our School. The children presented a cultural program and thanked their teachers. Rotary Club of Coimbatore Aakruthi felicitated our Special Educators and gifted uniform sarees to all. On the same day, we celebrated Onam when our teachers and students displayed colour flower Kolams.
Navarathiri was celebrated from 20th to 29th September, Ayutha pooja was celebrated in our school.

October 2017

We celebrated Diwali on 17th October along with Rotary Club of Coimbatore Downtown. The members distributed crackers, sweets and savouries to the children and staff.
Renovation work at school was started and children were temporarily shifted to the Guild of Services premises.

November 2017

Children’s day was celebrated on 14th November along with Rotary Club of Coimbatore Aakruthi.
Two of our Special Educators attended the CRE program at Vidya Vikashini Opportunity School.

December 2017

On 17th December, 20 children participated in an Inter School Cultural Competition organized by SAARATHY PAMMAC and our children won 5 prizes for fancy dress, competition and drawing.
On 22nd December Christmas and New Year were celebrated along with Rotary Club of Coimbatore Aakruthi.

January 2018

Our students participated in Inter school competitions on 24th January organized by Rotaract clubs and won prizes.

February 2018

On 17th our Special Educators attended the Unique Disability Card camp at R.S.Puram.

March 2018

- On March 21st our students participated in the Mazhalai Inter School Talent Show.
- Thirteen of our students wrote the 8th std public exam and all of them passed. We started coaching them in 10th std subjects.
- This year has been a fruitful one towards the services of special children in our association. We are grateful and look forward to the constant goodwill and support of our members, regular sponsors and philanthropists which will take our association a long way in our service to society.
